Pest Control

Lawn pest – what is it?

A turf pest is a small creature that lives in your lawn and feeds on your grass into the
roots.

They can cause serious damage and discolour the grass; in time they can kill your
grass if left untreated.

When do you treat lawn pests?

Lawn pests typically appear during the late summer and early autumn months.

Lawn pest can go unnoticed for weeks because many lawn pests originate and thrive
underneath the soil. You may even witness unusual activity such as crows picking,
other warning signs that you may have unwanted pests either on top of your lawn or
below the ground:
Wilted grass
Partly chewed bits of grass.
Dying yellow patches of grass.
Brown spots
Holes in the ground.
Actual Insect present on the grass
